President's Duties include:
The President shall be the principal executive officer of the Corporation and
shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the
Corporation.
The President shall preside at all meetings of the members and the directors.
The President may sign, with the Secretary or any other proper officer of the
Corporation authorized by the directors, any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts,
or other instruments which the directors have authorized to be executed, except
in cases where the signing and execution shall be expressly delegated by these
bylaws or by statute to some other officer or agent of the Corporation.
In general, the President shall perform all duties incident to the office of
President and other duties as may be prescribed by the directors. |

Vice President's Duties
In the absence of the President or in the event of the President's inability or
refusal to act, the Vice Presidents shall perform the duties of the President, and
when so acting shall have all thepowers of and be subject to all the restrictions
upon the President.
The Vice Presidents shall perform any other duties assigned by the President
or the directors. |

Secretary's Duties
The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the directors and
members, give all notices in accordance with the provisions of these bylaws or
as required by law, be custodian of the Corporation records, and keep a register
of the post-office address of each director and member.
The Secretary shall also perform, in general, all duties incident to the office
of Secretary and other duties assigned by the President or by the directors. |

Assistant Secretary's Duties
In the absence of the Secretary or in the event of the Secretary's inability
or refusal to act, the Asst. Secretary shall perform the duties of the Secretary,
and when so acting shall have all heresponsibilities of and be subject to all the
restrictions upon the Secretary.
The Asst. Secretary shall perform any other duties assigned by the President

Assistant Treasurer's Duties
In the absence of the Treasurer or in the event of the Treasurer's inability to
act, the Asst. Treasurer shall perform the duties of the Treasurer, and when so
acting shall have all thepowers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the
Treasurer.
The Asst. Treasurer shall perform any other duties assigned by the
President or the directors. |

Treasurer's Duties
If required by the directors, the treasurer shall give a bond for the faithful discharge
of his duties in the sum and with the surety or sureties, as the directors shall
determine.
The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of and be responsible for all funds
and securities of the Corporation, receive and give receipts for moneys due and
payable to the Corporation from any source whatsoever, and deposit all of those
moneys in the name of the Corporation in the banks, trust companies, or other
depositories as shall be selected in accordance with the provisions of Section VII
of these bylaws and, in general, perform all the duties incident to the office of
Treasurer and other duties assigned to him by the President or by the directors.
The Treasurer shall disburse the funds of the association as may be ordered
by the President, the directors, or a properly authorized officer of the Corporation
taking proper vouchers for the disbursements and shall render to the President
and the directors at its regular meetings, an account of all transactions as
Treasurer and the financial condition of the Corporation. |
